I started building Taproot I/O because I had a number of web domains sitting around doing nothing. As a full stack software engineer with over a quarter decade of experience, I took one look at Wordpress's bloated ecosystem and decided I wanted to build something better. That idea has been ruminating and presenting itself in various iterations for over a decade.
