Partway up Volcán San Pedro on Lake Atitlán
Euri and I hiked partway up Volcán San Pedro through coffee plantations, on a steep, rugged trail we had to ourselves, until my stomach called it.
Pacaya Volcano: roasting marshmallows on the lava
We picked the Pacaya Volcano hike near Antigua because it only takes half a day. It's steep, loose and rocky, and yes, you roast marshmallows on the lava.
