Hikes in Washington and Arizona

Trip reports and photos from hikes I've done, mostly in Washington's Cascades and Olympics, plus a couple around Phoenix. Some are easy walks in the woods. Some involve hanging onto tree roots or scrambling up loose rock, and at least one ended with me turning around short of the summit.
